Job Description:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitative support.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence.
Evaluate patient abilities, limitations, and progress to adjust therapy plans as needed.
Assist patients in performing activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote self-sufficiency.
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
Utilize therapeutic equipment safely and maintain a clean therapy environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support therapy operations.
